The Fine Print

Deposit

25% non-refundable deposit required via Venmo or CashApp. In the rare event that I must cancel, your deposit will be returned.

If needed, the deposit will also include the cost of booking accommodations, activities, etc. in advance for our date.

Balance

The remainder of my rate is to be paid in cash at the start of our time together. Please have my consideration ready upon arrival—whether yours or mine—in an unsealed envelope. If we are meeting in private, kindly place in plain sight without comment. If we meet in a public setting, discretion is appreciated; please place my rate in a bag, card, book, gift, etc.

If you'd like to pay the full balance electronically, please inquire in advance. Otherwise, cash is expected.

I do not discuss rates unless it is to extend a date in progress.

Cancellations

Sometimes the universe upends even the best of plans, and I understand that a change of plans may be required in extenuating circumstances.

If you are running late, please communicate your estimated time of arrival. After 30 minutes, the date is voided and subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking rate.

If given advance notice, I will make a reasonable effort to reschedule and accommodate changes when possible. If I'm unable to accommodate a request to reschedule, it will be considered a cancellation on your end.

• A cancellation any time after confirmation will be a forfeiture of your deposit.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking rate.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking rate.

Incalls / Outcalls

At the moment, I do not have an in-call in Chicago. After screening, I am ready to meet you at your hotel. To ensure that our time together is discreet, I am of course happy to arrange an inviting location for us (4 star hotel or equivalent), no need to concern yourself with details, amore. The cost of the accommodation will be included in your deposit.

Please note, I will not visit your private residence unless we have an established rapport.

Time Considerations

To ensure everyone's ultimate bliss and comfort, I require up to 48 hours notice to screen and reply to new clients. I do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.

First-time clients are required to book a minimum of 2 hours to better acquaint ourselves with one another. New clients are always encouraged to book 3-4 hours for a cocktail or dinner date. I love to take in my new paramours from across a table while the anticipation builds.

Engagements over 2 hours must include social time, be it a simple drink/coffee or other public activity.

Engagements of 4 hours or more require social time and a shared meal.

Extras

Same-day bookings: +$200

In-date extensions: +$700 per hour

Couples: +$200 per hour

Duos & More: Always welcome—sometimes more is more! 2 hour minimum. Please expect to match the amount of the provider with the highest rate.

Outcalls to Chicago suburbs: +$200
